Raj Shrestha has extensive experience in finance and strategy. From 2022-present, they are the VP and Head of Finance at Roundtable by The 92nd Street Y. Prior to this, from 2019-2022, they worked as the VP, Head of Finance, and Chief of Staff at Brigit. From 2017-2019, Raj served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Newtek Business Services Corp. Raj was the Director of Finance and Strategy at Amira Foods from 2014-2017. From 2011-2014, they worked as a Senior Manager in Corporate Development and Strategy at Essar, where they were involved in various financial and strategic activities. Before that, Raj held positions at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc as an Associate in the Global Corporate Finance Division and as an Analyst in the Global Consumer Group. Raj started their career as an intern at Merrill Lynch and America's Growth Capital.
Raj Shrestha earned a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a General Diploma from James E. Taylor High School, from 1998 to 2002.
