Barbara Sullivan

Ms. Sullivan is Operating Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of RoundTable and joined the Firm in August 2018. Ms. Sullivan is responsible for leading the finance function, overseeing compliance for the Firm and working closely with the Fund V and future Fund VI platform leadership teams to drive financial performance. Ms. Sullivan serves on the boards of directors of DDS Lab, Healthcare Components Group, Acumen Health, Everwell Health and Polymedco.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Sullivan served as Chief Financial Officer of RoundTable portfolio companies Avalign and Vanguard Medical Concepts. Prior to Vanguard Medical Concepts, Ms. Sullivan held various distribution and manufacturing financial management positions at Cardinal Health, Allegiance and Baxter.
