Thomas Knapp

Thomas Knapp is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Ascentage Pharma Group since February 2019, Thomas has also taken on roles as a Non-Executive Director at Rourke & Gunner Group and a Consultant at Adaptive Research Inc. Previous positions include serving on the Board of Directors at QGR7 and Osiris Therapeutics, Inc., where significant contributions were made to various committees. In addition to legal counsel roles at Ascentage Pharma, Thomas has a rich background as a consultant for multiple organizations, including TNA Therapeutics and Flex Pharma. Thomas holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
