Mark Coulter

Mark Coulter is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, P.C., with a focus on Public Law, Government, Transportation, and Government Affairs. Prior to this role, Mark served as the Vice President and General Counsel for Port KC, where responsibilities included establishing the legal department and collaborating with executive leadership to enhance Kansas City’s riverfront and port facilities. Mark also held positions as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Clinton County, an inactive member of the United States Air Force Reserves, a campaign manager, and worked in various capacities for U.S. Congressional offices. Mark holds a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law and has pursued graduate coursework in International Criminal Justice and Human Rights, as well as public affairs.
