Scott Payne

Scott Payne serves as the Vehicle Line of Business Lead and Director of Program Management at Roush Performance Products, Inc. since May 2021. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Director of Program Management for the Americas at Clarios, formerly Johnson Controls Power Solutions, from October 2017 to January 2021, where significant improvements in on-time launch performance were achieved. Scott's extensive experience at Johnson Controls includes roles such as Executive Director Engineering Excellence PMO, Executive Director of Engineering, and Engineering Director for various product groups. With earlier positions at Toyota and General Motors, Scott has cultivated expertise in engineering management, lean transformations, and program leadership. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Science in Management from Purdue University.
