Jarmo K. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jarmo is currently serving as the Head of Delivery & Partner at Routa Digital since August 2022. Before that, they were the Chairman of the Board at Osuuskunta Lohjan Omppu starting from April 2020.

Jarmo has also worked as a Solution Consultant, Cybersecurity and Advisory at Digia Plc from June 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Projects at Mentura Group Oy from January 2018 to June 2021.

Jarmo has extensive experience in project and program management. Jarmo served as a Program Manager at HCL Technologies (Infrastructure Services Division), leading a major transformation program and managing a project portfolio from August 2015 to December 2017. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at HCL Technologies from October 2014 to July 2015.

Jarmo'sprevious roles include Project Manager positions at Soprano Plc and TalentWay Oy in 2014. In 2013, Jarmo worked as the Program Director at Intelle Innovations Ltd, where they led and developed the production team, managed customer projects, and implemented processes.

Jarmo's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant General Manager at HCL Technologies, managing outsourcing projects and IT enhancement projects for UPM from November 2012 to June 2013. Jarmo was also the Technical Director at Fidacom Ltd from February 2010 to November 2012.

Jarmo K. obtained a Masters degree in Computer Science and Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they studied from 1989 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in October 2021, Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki and Reaktor in September 2018, Prince2 Foundation from APMG in April 2015, IPMA B from IPMA: International Project Management Association in April 2012, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) from Scrum Alliance in March 2010, ITIL V3 Foundation in November 2007, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in May 2006, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute in 2006.
