Cal Mulvey

Cal Mulvey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience solutions and business development. Currently serving as a CX Solutions Consultant at Route 101 Ltd. since June 2021, Cal collaborates with technology leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer and agent experiences. Previous roles include NHS Volunteer Responder, where Cal contributed to community support during the pandemic, and Business Development Manager at MaxContact, where Cal played a key role in establishing and expanding the business in the contact center as a service (CCaaS) sector. Cal’s career also encompasses significant positions in business development and sales across various sectors, bolstered by a Bachelor of Science in Audio and Music Production from Liverpool John Moores University.
