Sarah-Jane S. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal administration. Currently serving as Head of Contracts at Route 101 Ltd. since December 2021, Sarah-Jane previously worked at BAE Systems as a Legal Administrator and at Yum! Brands for over 25 years in various legal roles, including Legal Contracts Manager for KFC UK, where responsibility included managing the franchise contract processes for over 250 franchisees and 1,500 restaurants. Sarah-Jane has also served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer at Yum! Restaurants Europe Ltd and as a Legal Secretary for PepsiCo International. Ongoing education includes studies at the National Paralegal College in London.
