We seek to invest in established firms with minimum revenues and EBITDA of $10 million and $2 million that generate predictable and profitable financial performance.  

Our founding partners have extensive principal investment, transactional, and operational experience, particularly within our target market. Each partner has an average of 25+ years of relevant work experience, and together our goal is to serve as a value-added capital partner for portfolio company management and work with companies to enhance enterprise value.  We apply this strategy to established, profitable, growing companies that have superior management teams, significant barriers to entry, and strong free cash flow.
