Leslie Molina

Leslie Molina has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in HR operations and program management. Leslie started their career in 2000 as an HR Manager at Vicinity Corporation, where they provided general HR services and developed integration plans for mergers and acquisitions. From 2003 to 2005, Leslie worked as a Sr. Manager of Global HR Operations at Portal Software, leading worldwide HR operations and achieving significant cost savings in benefits. Leslie then joined Luxim as a Human Resources professional, where they orchestrated HR activities and implemented the organization's first performance management program. Leslie went on to work at NVIDIA as the Director of US HR Operations for five years, building and managing a team of sixteen and implementing a new benefits administrator to streamline user experience. At Motorola Mobility, Leslie served as the Director of North America Benefits & Programs, leading a team and designing a harmonized benefits portfolio across both Motorola and Lenovo. Most recently, Leslie joined Route 92 Medical as the Head of People, Talent & Culture.

Leslie Molina holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of California, Davis. The specific field of study is not provided.
