Kyle Higginson

Kyle Higginson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kyle started their career at Domino's as a Shift Manager from September 2012 to September 2015. Kyle then worked as a Customer Advisor at Dixons Retail from August 2015 to June 2016. Kyle gained software development experience at SAP as an Intern Software Developer from June 2016 to June 2017. Kyle joined Bazaarvoice in June 2018 and held various positions, including Associate Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Staff Software Engineer. In these roles, they worked on projects related to content moderation, automation of client onboarding, authentication and authorization, and single sign-on solutions. Kyle also led teams and coached new engineers. Currently, Kyle works as a Senior Software Engineer at Route Reports, starting in November 2022.

Kyle Higginson attended Ballyclare High School from 2007 to 2012, completing their GCSE studies. Following this, they enrolled in Belfast Royal Academy from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on Information Communication Technology, Physical Education, and Business Studies. Kyle then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from Ulster University, graduating in 2018. In terms of additional certifications, Kyle obtained AWS Essentials and Digital Product Management certifications from Udemy in September 2018. Additionally, they obtained an In-Memory Data Management certification from openHPI in September 2017.
