Elton Crawford

Elton Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elton has held leadership positions in both the private and public sectors, demonstrating their ability to effectively manage teams and drive operational efficiency. Elton has worked as a Vice President of Customer Experience at Route1, where they focus on managing stakeholder outcomes and implementing processes to drive effective operational decisions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at the same company, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring transparent communication. Elton also has experience in the transportation industry, having worked as the Assistant Director of Operations for Parking and Transportation Services at the University of Arizona. In this role, they led a team of staff members and coordinated with multiple departments to deliver accessible parking services. Elton also held the position of Senior Operations Manager for Parking Services at the university. Elton has additional experience as a Senior Consultant at Operational Performance Solutions, LLC, specializing in license plate recognition technology. Furthermore, Elton obtained a certification in Joint Targeting and Collateral Damage Assessments from Collateral Damage Assessment (CDE) Certification, CENTCOM in 2007, as well as a Joint Firepower Certificate of Completion (58 Hours) from the Joint Firepower Course in 2002.
