Noemi Fukusig

Noemi Fukusig has over four years of work experience in human resources and related fields. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Franco Advocacia. Noemi then moved to Bankly - Banking as a Service, where they served as a Human Resources Intern from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they began working for RoutEasy as a People and Culture SR, Human Resources PL, and Human Resources JR. During their time at RoutEasy, they were responsible for gauging the culture of the company, setting OKR and KPI of the team, managing turnover, creating and implementing processes for new employees/talents attraction and selection, running the "Feedback 1:1" monthly round, and executing an employer branding strategy. In the same year, they also took on the role of Talent Specialist Intern at Revelo, where they helped and oriented pre-selected candidates in preparing for the work interview and better writing and displaying information on the platform's online curriculum.

Noemi Fukusig attended Universidade São Judas Tadeu from 2017 to 2021, studying Psicologia.
