Laci Stanton

Laci Stanton's work experience includes holding the position of Director, People and Culture at Frontier Medicines since March 2022. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Repligen Corporation from July 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at HARMAN International from December 2018 to July 2021. Laci also worked as an Associate Director, Human Resources at Puma Biotechnology, Inc. from August 2018 to November 2018. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Human Resources Manager at GenMark Diagnostics from August 2016 to August 2018, where they played a key role in various HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Laci started their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Thermo Fisher Scientific in June 2009 and held several HR roles, including Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Generalist, during their tenure there.
