Gillian Quail

Gillian Quail has extensive experience in youth support and community services, currently serving as a Post Destination Support Worker at Routes to Work since November 2022. Previously, Gillian worked as an Employment Facilitator/College Mentor for Action for Children, providing holistic support to vulnerable young people in educational settings. Other notable roles include Play Services Officer at CultureNL, Family Support Worker at CHILDREN 1ST, and Community Worker/Senior Play Ranger with Playbusters, where Gillian developed and coordinated play activities in partnership with various organizations.
