Alain Tamdem

Alain TAMDEM is an experienced professional in telecommunications, currently serving as a Sr Technical Engineering Manager at Avaya since September 2013. In this role, Alain designs, implements, and provides operational support for various Avaya collaboration products while also addressing complex SIP-related issues. Prior to Avaya, Alain held roles such as VoIP Solution Architect/Manager at DCWATER, and served as a Subject Matter Expert in VoIP transformation for OBS. Alain's early career at Alcatel-Lucent focused on training engineers on VoIP products. Alain holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from IMT Atlantique, a Master's degree in Naval Engineering from the French Naval Academy, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Yaoundé.
