Ali Salahat is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in contact center solutions and system analysis. Currently serving as a System Analyst at Avaya since January 2019, Ali has previously worked as a Contact Center Consultant at ATCOM from September 2014 to December 2018 and at Mideast Data Systems from January 2012 to August 2014, where expertise in implementing complex Voice and Multimedia Contact Centers was demonstrated. Earlier roles include application engineering at EMWme, focusing on Contact Center and CTI Applications, and software development at Future Technology - Al YOUSUF Group L.L.C.
