Andy Gacquin

Andy Gacquin is a PMO Director and technology leader with over 20 years of experience in portfolio governance and business transformation. They have held key roles at organizations such as Avaya, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and The Galway Clinic, where they led numerous IT initiatives and improved operational efficiencies. Currently, Andy oversees global transformation programs at Avaya, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives that drive cost reduction and revenue growth. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Law and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Galway, along with a diploma in Project Management.
