Jim Patterson

Jim Patterson has been with Avaya since January 1998, where Jim serves as a Senior Customer System's Engineer representing the manufacturer in the field. Prior to that, Jim spent nearly a decade with the US Navy as a Radioman First Class, with multiple tours in the Persian Gulf. Jim received their education from Chapman University.
