Marisol Vilchis

Marisol Vilchis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in logistics and customer operations, having worked at Avaya from 2003 to 2012 in various roles including Customer Care & Logistics Manager and Logistics Supervisor. Responsibilities included overseeing the entire operative process from purchase orders to deliveries, managing the supply chain across multiple vendors, implementing KPIs, and ensuring effective order management and fulfillment processes in the CALA and LATAM regions. Marisol holds a Licenciatura in Industrial Administration from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and an MBA from University YMCA, complemented by expertise in Finance from the same institution.
