Manager, Customer Success Enablement at Routeware

Jenica Nelson's work experience starts in 2013 as an Education & Outreach Coordinator at Douglas County Conservation District. In this role, they developed and coordinated conservation education programs and organized public events.

In 2015, they joined the City of Lawrence, KS, first as a Recycling/Admin Support staff, where they provided office coverage and assistance in various program areas. Later, they became a Waste Reduction and Recycling Specialist, responsible for tasks such as recycling education, program development, and coordinating outreach activities.

In 2018, Jenica joined ReCollect | A Routeware Company as a Customer Success Manager, where they assisted clients in utilizing digital products and acted as a trusted advisor. Later, they became a Customer Education Manager, focusing on customer education initiatives.

Currently, in 2022, they are working at Routeware, Inc. as a Manager, Customer Success Operations. In this role, they manage Routeware's customer success platform and collaborates with the leadership team to define objectives and strategies.

Jenica Nelson attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies with a Concentration in Sustainability. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in 24 Hour Household Hazardous Waste Training from the Hazardous Materials & Emergency Services Training Institute, as well as Forklift Safety Training from Material Handling Safety.
