Robert Ducharme

Robert Ducharme has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Robert founded and served as the CEO of Routezilla Software Corp, where they led the development of a mobile service self-scheduling dispatch platform and managed digital marketing campaigns. Robert also executed numerous negotiations with executives and investors to pursue business opportunities.

Additionally, Ducharme worked as an Alumni Relations Coordinator at Athol Murray College of Notre Dame, where they secured donations and launched a web-based alumni portal. Robert cultivated and steward alumni groups internationally, contributed to strategic marketing campaigns, and supported fundraising events.

Furthermore, Ducharme founded and served as the President of D. Landscape Construction Inc., where they implemented an exchange-based CRM system and secured significant public and private tenders. Robert also developed a HR process that reduced seasonal staff turnover and employed over 100 individuals.

Robert was the President and Owner of Irrigateit Solutions, where they successfully restructured the struggling irrigation business and implemented a web-based routing system. Robert increased sales, profitability, and eventually sold the company.

Lastly, Ducharme co-founded Inside Edge Training, where they were involved from 2003 to 2004.

Robert Ducharme completed a Certificate in Liberal Arts from Corpus Christi College and St. Mark's College at UBC in the academic year 2002-2003. Before that, they pursued General Studies at Concordia University of Edmonton from 2001 to 2002 and at the University of Calgary from 1998 to 1999. Robert Ducharme also obtained a Diploma from Athol Murray College of Notre Dame, although the field of study for this diploma is unspecified.
