UX Research Lead at Routific

Aleksandar Dimitrijevic is currently a UX Research Lead at Routific. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Designer at Nordeus from August 2016 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for designing complex systems and feature flows based on business and design briefs and research, as well as driving the UX design pipeline based on research. Aleksandar achieved this by visualizing and communicating designs to the team and stakeholders through wireframes, UI flows, prototypes, screen mock-ups, etc., and conducting user research using mixed methods to keep the game design process UCD-focused.

Before their role at Nordeus, Aleksandar worked as a researcher at EyeSee Research from March 2014 to August 2016, during which time they managed quantitative behavioral market research projects for clients such as Twitter, Nike, Smurfit Kappa, and Volvo. Aleksandar also conducted 1-1 user interviews and biometric usability studies, helped other researchers refine the designs of their studies, synthesized findings into actionable insights, and developed research materials.

Aleksandar began their career in 2012 as a data analyst at GfK before taking on an internship as a disruption analyst at NBS in 2011.

Aleksandar Dimitrijevic has a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.

Their manager is Marc Kuo, Founder & CEO. They work with Suzanne Ma - Co-founder & Director, PR & Comms, Michael Yablonsky - Director of Design, and Elaina Styka - Design Co-op.
