ROUVY launched in 2017 after several years in development under its parent company, VirtualTraining s.r.o. Boosted by investment from Pale Fire Capital, it has grown rapidly ever since. In January of 2024, ROUVY announced its Virtual Cycling Platform Partnership with the professional team Lidl-Trek. It is ROUVY's first sponsorship of a UCI WorldTeam. The collaboration equips Lidl-Trek riders with a cutting-edge training tool for indoor sessions, and ROUVY’s comprehensive data supports a more precise approach to racing.
