Ms. O’Connell is a licensed attorney in multiple jurisdictions with over 15 years of in-house legal experience serving as an advisor in the consulting, retail, and technology sectors. Ms. O’Connell joined Roux after serving many years as Associate General Counsel for a privately owned retailer and having contributed to the growth of the organization from less than $100M to over $1 billion in annual revenue through strategic acquisitions, securing significant business tax incentives, and smart risk mitigation. Ms. O’Connell has managed multimillion-dollar litigation portfolios, negotiated with Fortune 500 companies, navigated federal and state authorities and agencies, and participated in the successful closing of multitudes of deals.
