Monica McHugh

Ms. McHugh is a licensed Professional Geologist (P.G.) in Pennsylvania and a licensed subsurface investigator in New Jersey with over thirty years of experience in environmental consulting. She holds a B.A. degree with a double major in Geology and Natural (Marine) Science from Colgate University and an M.S. degree in Engineering Geology from Drexel University. She is currently a Technical Director for Roux. Ms. McHugh has conducted, managed, or overseen due diligence and divestiture support services at many sites located across the country, as well as soil and groundwater investigation and remediation activities at numerous sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. With over thirty years of experience working in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she has a thorough knowledge of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) regulations, and the mechanisms required to bring sites to closure.
