Abdulrahman Salem

Abdulrahman Salem is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, human resources, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Sarj - سرچ since March 2023, Abdulrahman also holds the position of Managing Partner at Rouya Consultancy since August 2017. Previous roles include Administrative Partner at ila al amam and Co-Founder at Melt Fitness Community. Notably, under Technip as a Learning & Development Officer, Abdulrahman conducted a comprehensive learning needs analysis and managed substantial budget allocations for workshops.
