Andrew Marsh

Andrew Marsh has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andrew currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Rove Brand, where they provide legal counsel and guidance to the executive team. In this role, they are responsible for centralizing legal functions, managing outside counsel, and building a new Human Resources and Recruiting Department.

Before joining Rove Brand, Andrew worked at ManifestSeven as the Vice President of Legal and Human Resources. In this role, they served as the primary cannabis commercial transactions attorney and also led the Human Resources Department. Andrew was responsible for creating and negotiating commercial agreements, managing trademarks, and standardizing marketing practices.

Prior to that, Andrew worked at Weedmaps as a Staff Attorney, where they handled essential company contracts and implemented SaaS platform services. Andrew also worked on cash compliance programs and assisted with legal research.

Andrew gained experience in the entertainment industry during their time at The Walt Disney Company as a Business & Legal Affairs Intern and as an HR Partner for Projects, Learning, and Development. Andrew drafted agreements, participated in negotiations, and protected assets.

Andrew also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked as a Legal Intern for the Drug Policy Alliance and as a Congressional Research Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Additionally, they worked as an Usher at the Los Angeles Philharmonic.

Andrew Marsh completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Government from Georgetown University between the years 2009 and 2013. Andrew then pursued further education at Chapman University Fowler School of Law where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Entertainment Law and Business Law from 2015 to 2018.
