Philip Kimmey

Philip Kimmey is a Co-Founder and Vice President of Engineering at Rover.com, where responsibilities include leading the development of the Rover.com web product and mobile applications, as well as overseeing hiring processes and engineering career development. Kimmey has also served as a Technology & Public Policy Intern at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, contributing to policy analysis and publication updates, and as a Genome Institute Intern at Washington University School of Medicine, implementing key software tools in sequencing analysis. Kimmey holds a degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a certificate in Intensive Mandarin from Peking University.
