Akhil Tolani has worked in the technology industry for over 10 years. In 2011, they founded Saltb0xApps, where they developed iMusic, which had over 250,000 downloads, 3.5 star average rating, and was featured by many top blogs. Akhil also developed SwipeType, the first keyboard shortcuts app on the AppStore. In 2015, they became the Lead iOS Developer at WedMeGood. In 2016, they became the Lead iOS Developer at Rapchat, where they developed the entire Rapchat iOS App, which had over 500k Monthly active users. In the same year, they became the Co-Founder/CTO at StyleDotMe, an Augmented Reality based Fashion-tech startup based out of New Delhi, India, which raised a Pre-Series A round from Survam ventures, IAN, and some of the top angel investors in the country. In 2019, they became the Lead Mobile Engineer at MyCrypto, after the acqusition of Ambo, which was one of the first mobile cryptocurrency wallets on the AppStore and the easiest way to purchase cryptocurrency on iOS. In 2020, they became the VP of Engineering at SelfStart. In 2021, they became the Chief Technology Officer at SQUEEZ.
