Anne Suvanto

Anne Suvanto has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Anne'smost recent role was with Rovio Entertainment Corporation, where they held various HR leadership positions, including Head of People & Culture and Head of People Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte Finland as an HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead. Anne also has experience in HRIS implementation and payroll outsourcing from their time at Sitra. Anne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Università di Pisa. Additionally, they spent several years as an HR Manager at Sulake and worked as a Recruiter at Staffpoint Oy. Anne began their career at TeliaSonera, where they held roles as a Team Lead and Technical Customer Service Advisor.

Anne Suvanto obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from JAMK University of Applied Sciences in 1998-2003. Additionally, they studied International Business at Shanghai International Studies University in 2001. In 2013, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Università di Pisa. In terms of certifications, they obtained the SHL Assessment Certification (OPQ, MQ, Verify) from SHL Talent Measurement from CEB in 2014. Anne also holds various certifications from the Josh Bersin Academy and the NeuroLeadership Institute Finland, with the most recent being the Brain-based Coaching Certificate in 2023.
