Bea Grandell has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2015, they worked at Yle as an HRD Trainee, gaining experience in various HR projects and tasks. In 2015, they also worked at Unity Technologies as an HR Coordinator and later as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting the recruitment team and collaborating with various stakeholders. In 2018, Bea joined Finders Seekers Oy as a Senior IT Talent Advisor, where they played a key role in recruitment design, employer branding, and international recruitments. In 2019, they moved to Seriously Digital Entertainment, first serving as a Senior TA Partner and later as a Talent Acquisition Lead. Bea focused on building a strong talent acquisition function and doubling the company's size. Currently, Bea works as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Rovio Entertainment Corporation, a position they assumed in 2022.
Bea Grandell holds a Master of Arts degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from the University of Helsinki, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in the same field from the University of Helsinki, completing their studies in 2014. In 2012, Bea obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Their high school education was completed at Kauniaisten lukio from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Bea has obtained several certifications, including Modern Talent Management & Development from HENRY ry in 2022, and various course certificates related to recruitment and bias training from LinkedIn Learning and Udemy.
