Miika Tams has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Miika started their career at Housemarque in 1999, where they held positions as a Designer and later as Lead Designer. Miika then joined RedLynx in 2003, where they served as Lead Designer, Creative Manager, and Producer. During their time at RedLynx, they worked on notable projects such as Warhammer 40k Squad Command. In 2008, they moved to Helsinki Heavy Metal Ltd as a Production & Creative Manager. In 2009, they joined Digital Chocolate as a Senior Producer and later became the Executive Producer and VP and GM of the Helsinki Studio. Since 2014, Miika has been working at Rovio Entertainment Corporation, initially as the Vice President of Games and currently as the SVP of Puzzle Games. Miika has played a key role in developing popular games such as Angry Birds Dream Blast and Angry Birds Match.
