Shanna Brownstein

Shanna Brownstein currently serves as the Director of Energy at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Shanna was the Manager of Utility Partnerships for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest Charging Infrastructure at Tesla, where responsibilities included leading data sharing initiatives with multiple utilities and regulatory bodies to enhance utility investment strategies. At Portland General Electric, Shanna managed partnerships focused on transportation electrification and energy resiliency, securing funding through various streams. As the Founder and Director of Women in Sustainability & Environment (WISE), Shanna built a networking forum for women in sustainability fields. Prior experiences also include managing community environmental policy at NW Natural and directing policy and government affairs at The Climate Trust. Shanna holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government, International Studies, and Art from Colby College.
