Tamara Cunningham

Tamara Cunningham is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in teaching and instructional support. Currently serving as a 4th-Grade Teacher at Rowan-Salisbury Schools since August 2014, Tamara specializes in math and science, fostering a conducive learning environment and guiding students toward achieving curriculum goals. Previous roles include Computer Lab Assistant at Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina, Developmental English Instructor at Richmond Community College, and Writing Tutor at UNC Pembroke, where Tamara developed writing skills in diverse academic contexts. An alumna of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, complemented by an Associate in General Education from Richmond Community College and a certification in Rural Entrepreneurship from Stanly Community College.
