Tania Perez

Tania Perez is an experienced professional in the field of social work and education, currently serving as a Graduation Coach at Rowan-Salisbury Schools since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tania worked as an Eligibility Specialist at Mecklenburg County and held multiple positions at the North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency, including HOPE Deputy Supervisor and HOPE Specialist. Additional experience includes serving as a Call Center Specialist at United Way of North Carolina, interning at CANO Family Services and Unite Us, and working in various student assistant roles during academic studies. Tania holds a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Meredith College.
