Lindsey-Kate McCool Smith is an experienced lacrosse coach and teaching assistant with a strong background in both athletics and education. Currently serving as an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Rowan University and the Florida Institute of Technology, Lindsey-Kate assists in all aspects of coaching, including scouting opponents and developing game plans while working individually with players to enhance their athletic and academic skills. Additionally, as a Teaching Assistant at EDEN AUTISM SERVICES, Lindsey-Kate specializes in supporting non-verbal children, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with therapists to track progress in various developmental areas. Lindsey-Kate holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Saint Joseph's University.
