David Downie

David has over 30 years of experience in Actuarial Consultancy. He is responsible for all actuarial services provided by the Group. He pioneered the concept of the defined benefit small self-administered scheme (DB SSAS) and advises several Pre-Paid Funeral Plan Trusts. David also provides expert actuarial reports on the sharing of pension assets on divorce.
