Cat Charlton

Cat Charlton is the Managing Director at Rowanvale Books since February 2012, where she founded Wales' largest self-publishing company. In addition to her role at Rowanvale Books, she also worked as an Administration Officer at City & County of Swansea and as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays. Prior to this, she gained experience in various roles such as Promotions Staff at Milkround Online, E-Mentor for The Brightside Trust, and Student Ambassador at University of Exeter. Cat holds a BSc in Psychology from University of Exeter.
