David Jaffee

David Jaffee is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate and property management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at RowCal since September 2024, David previously held the position of EVP, Single-Family Services at Lessen. Prior to that, David was SVP of Residential at SMS Assist, L.L.C., where leadership responsibilities included managing a Residential Division overseeing P&L for a portfolio of over 140,000 units and achieving a 30% CAGR over five years. David has also served as VP of Operations at National Home Rentals and in various roles at Pangea Properties, where significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies were achieved. David's early career included consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University and studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
