Alison Upton

Alison Upton is currently a School Governor at Shaldon Primary, responsible for the Ethos and Distinctiveness portfolio. Previously, Alison held roles such as Philanthropy Manager at Rowcroft Hospice, Chair at Shaldon Pre-School, and Fundraising and Communications Consultant as a self-employed individual. Alison has a strong background in fundraising and event management, having worked at organizations such as Teenage Cancer Trust, Exeter Leukaemia Fund, and Tenovus. Alison holds a Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Leeds.
