Marta Marszalek has a diverse work experience in various industries. Marta started their career as an Assistant to Manager at Village Bicycle Project Inc, where they were responsible for overseeing operations, managing staff, and assisting in buying wholesale. Marta then worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at White Smoke Communications Limited. Following that, Marta took on the role of an English Teacher at Transworld Idiomas, where they played multiple roles such as learner, facilitator, assessor, manager, and evaluator. Marta subsequently joined Cool Stuff as a Buyer, where they helped set up a studio and managed vintage clothing. At Eumo_dc, they worked as a Communication Manager. Marta is also the Founder of Rowdy Magazine, where they take care of editorial, art direction, and content creation. Currently, Marta is involved in the Press and Communication department at Can Pep Rey, where they focus on developing the brand's online magazine presence, strengthening public relations, press, communication, and networking efforts in Barcelona, and occasionally assisting with Art Direction.

Marta Marszalek obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Modern Literature from Goldsmiths, University of London, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Marta then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Art Direction at the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona from 2017 to 2018.
