Kerstin Oberprieler

Dr. Kerstin Oberprieler is an accomplished behavioural design specialist with a robust background in psychology and design thinking. Currently serving as an Adjunct Fellow at Western Sydney University and a Senior Executive Designer at ThinkPlace, Kerstin leads initiatives aimed at solving complex challenges through behavioural science, including contextual research, nudge design, and gamification. As the Founder and Head Coach of Astra Martial Arts, Kerstin incorporates personal development and community in martial arts training. Kerstin's previous roles include CEO and Co-Founder of PentaQuest, an innovative gamification platform, and contributions to various advisory boards and TEDx events. With a PhD focused on behavioural change through gamification and an extensive academic background, Kerstin combines expertise in user-centred design and practical applications of behavioural science.
