Heidi Partlow

Heidi Partlow currently serves as the Director of Strategic Projects at Rowe Casa Organics, a position held since February 2024. Previously, as a Senior Operations Manager at Tearfund USA from February 2022 to August 2023, Heidi enhanced budget accuracy and operational efficiency through the optimization of financial and HR systems. With a long tenure at Compassion International from May 2005 to January 2022, Heidi held various roles, culminating as a Senior Program Development Specialist, where leadership of a cross-functional team facilitated significant scaling of a large portfolio. Heidi's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Development from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
