Caroline Duszynski

Caroline Duszynski has worked in the fashion industry since 2015. Caroline began their career as a Design Intern at ShirtWaist Inc. in 2015. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Faherty Brand, starting as a Design Intern for Men's & Women's and progressing to Assistant Designer, Associate Designer, and finally Designer for Women's. Since 2022, they have been employed at Rowing Blazers, where they are a Senior Designer for Men's & Women's. In this role, they work alongside the Design Director to concept and execute collections across all product categories, and is responsible for the tech pack execution for all products within the PLM system. Additionally, they design for additional labels owned by Rowing Blazers and works on collaborations, licenses, and partnerships with other companies.

Caroline Duszynski obtained their Regents Diploma with Advanced Designation from Nardin Academy in 2014, after studying there from 2010 to 2014. Caroline then attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 2014 to 2016, studying Fashion Design/Interdisciplinary Fine Art. Finally, they earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Cum Laude from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Fashion/Apparel Design.
