Mr. Pino has over 20 years of experience in the general supply chain in the areas of general management and end-to-end value chain, plant operations, plant and line commissioning and validation, production and maintenance management, operational excellence and continuous improvement, contract manufacturing outsourcing, project management, and Business process Simplification. He was formerly the Manufacturing Manager for Dairy, Coffee and Biscuits in San Miguel Pure Foods Company, Inc. where he was tasked to oversee operations of various third manufacturing partners both local and overseas. He has also previously worked for Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines, Inc., Del Monte Philippines, Inc., Wyeth Philippines, Inc. and Kraft Foods Philippines, Inc. holding various managerial roles.
He is a Chemical Engineer and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering Graduate of the University of the Philippines - Diliman, Quezon City. He obtained units in Master of Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
