Mr. Morales was a Plant Engineering Manager in Cargill Protein Southeast Asia where he was assigned to Cargill-Joy, the joint venture of Cargill and Jollibee. He likewise worked for Unilever for 11 years occupying various leadership roles in the food business. He also had a 4- year stint at Central AZUcarera de Tarlac where he was part of the bo1ler operations.
Mr. Morales is a BS Mechanical Engineering graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology.
