Charles-Henri Daudon

Charles-Henri Daudon has extensive experience in production management and methods at Roxel since December 2015, where responsibilities include managing a team of eight and overseeing project management related to new production equipment. Previous roles at Roxel involved supporting production, leading continuous improvement projects, and technical oversight of processes such as filament winding. Early career experiences include an engineering apprenticeship at Roxel focused on improving laser welding processes and a research internship at NEXTER Munitions, where Charles-Henri analyzed phosphating processes. Charles-Henri holds an engineering degree in Production Management from Polytech Orléans and a university degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production from IUT de Bourges.
