Don Ketzenberg

Don Ketzenberg has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Don began their career in 1989 as a Communication Specialist in the US Army. In 1993, they joined Shields as a Value Stream Manager, Lean Lead, Conversion Department Crew Leader, and Conversion Operator. Most recently, they have been working at Roy Farms since 2018 as the Director of Processing Operations and Operations Manager. As a Lean Lead, they have facilitated teams on continuous improvements throughout the organization using structured problem solving. Don has also taught associates how to develop A3s to help break problems down to small manageable problems and trained them on how to value stream map, use of kanbans, and pull systems. As a Conversion Department Crew Leader, they have supervised the production of the converting department and overseen 25 plus associates to produce the highest quality products for their customers.

Don Ketzenberg obtained a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean Design for Six Sigma degree from Aveta Business in 2011-2012.
