Javier Gonzales is an experienced AI Business Partner currently supporting Hancock Iron Ore in AI adoption and automation. Previously, at Synergy, Javier held roles as AI, Analytics and Automation Manager and Analytics and Data Science Manager, focusing on operational efficiency and enhancing analytics capabilities through cloud platforms. Javier has also contributed to Velrada as a Senior Data and Analytics Consultant, leading projects for real-time reporting solutions. At CBH Group, Javier advanced from Senior Data Engineer to BI & Reporting Team Lead, playing a pivotal role in designing an Enterprise Data Warehouse. Earlier experience includes positions at NEC Australia and Grupo Gesfor as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant and Business Intelligence Team Lead, respectively.
